Thank you for stopping by ~ this blog has a bit of a different purpose.

Over the past little while, I have been finding a little following for my hand knits and while I give quite a few away, some have been sold.

I have decided that for every scarf that I sell or give away ... I will make a donation of $5 to the MS Society in Canada.

So, I am hoping that small steps can make a difference ~ my personal journey of helping a little at a time

radiation


I don't think there has been a word more prevalent in our conversations of late. So many of all those stories have disturbed me on so many levels.
Well, this scarf has gone to a friend undergoing radiation treatment ... it is very soft and light and will not hurt her skin which is badly burned ...

another to keep a friend warm


and this one as well is headed off to keep a friend warm ~ where it cold much of the year. I hope that there are many good times hiking through the woods!
